I perform CE regularly, multiple times a week and tend to wear out the noodle every few months. They still work and are comfortable as expected, but may start to leak on the connection to the tube if it is getting old. I tried other alternatives and the comfort level was not there. Try it for yourself, you won't regret it.

I really like the 'noodle' - much more comfortable than the old fashioned hard tube and bag.. I had to get a new noodle because I wrapped a piece of medical adhesive tape around it to so I could feel the max insertion point BUT the adhesive started disolving the noodle - DON'T DO THAT! Now I use a small rubber band for that purpose.
